By accepting these terms the user agrees to pay the Course fees for the Course using the payment method selected on the enrolment form.
The user accepts that he/she is not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
The user accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if he/she does not complete the Course.
The user accepts that he/she will not share the course with anyone other than himself/herself. If the participant is found sharing the course they will be un-enrolled and legal action will be taken.

Other than for the purposes of and subject to the conditions prescribed under the Copyright Act 1968 (as amended), no part of it may in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, micro copying, photocopying, recording or otherwise) can be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted without prior written permission of SO SOCIAL PTY LTD. A breach of copyright is a criminal office and any form of breach will result in prosecution with heavy compensation claims made.
